• Welcome to the online community page for Cotuit Hall, featuring a new proposal for the development of the school.

The proposal aims to combine teaching and boarding on one site, benefiting students and significantly reducing disruption to the local area.

The plans have been prepared by an entirely new project team, led by Tony Fretton Architects. As such, the plans are dramatically different from the initial proposal put forward and we have taken special care to:

    • Retain all of the important features of the architecture and landscape
    • Ensure the architecture will sit comfortably with the surrounding neighbourhood
    • Provide enhanced and significant landscaping
    • Enhance conservation and biodiversity
    • Shield neighbours

Cotuit Hall is a boarding school for international students aged between 16-19 who are passionate about learning and their academic career. The school provides students with the opportunity to study A-Levels and the IB international diploma, advancing their prospects for further study.

Many students at Cotuit Hall have on gone to further their education at UK universities, including the University of Oxford. During their time at Cotuit Hall, most students take part in local charity and community work – significantly benefiting residents across the city.

Cotuit Hall recently hosted a public consultation event. The event was to provide further detail on the proposals and foster greater understanding of the project and its benefits.

    The exhibition was held:

    Date: Wednesday 25th May

Venue: Cotuit Hall, Pullens Lane, Headington, Oxford, OX3 0DT

    Time: 5pm – 8pm
